- Product Validation & Approval Adminは、QVC Internationalをサポートし、QVCジャパンにおける商品情報のセットアップおよび登録業務を担当し、取引先ベンダー・MD部門と連携しながら正確な商品データを社内システムに反映するポジションです。 あわせて、QAチームの検証・承認プロセスをサポートし、スムーズな商品公開を支える役割を担います。
勤務場所
- 在宅勤務と出社を組み合わせたハイブリッド勤務となります。週に2日幕張オフィスでの勤務が必要です。(出社日は事前に決められており、部門全体で統一されています)
仕事内容
- 商品セットアップ業務(システムへの商品情報登録を担当)
担当商品カテゴリ:アパレル・ファッション雑貨(長期的には変更の可能性があります)
ベンダーおよびバイイングチームから提供されたデータの照合・社内システムへの登録
- 商品詳細情報の入力
- 品番(商品番号)の発行
- ベンダーまたはバイヤーとの連絡・調整
- 必要に応じて、QA部門の商品の検証・承認業務のサポート
応募資格

- Excelについての実務知識を有し、PCを十分に使いこなすことができる
- 社内外の関係者と円滑にできるコミュニケーション力
- 正確な登録とスピードの両立ができる
- 限られた指示で優先順位をつけて、業務を進めることができる
