In this role you'll make an impact by :
- Act as the primary APAC contact for regulatory and compliance inquiries from customers, distributors, and internal teams, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Manage, track, and document all inquiries in Salesforce to maintain visibility, traceability, and follow-up.
- Coordinate with regional and global Regulatory Affairs teams and subject matter experts to ensure responses align with global standards and product-specific assessments.
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve master regulatory statement templates (e.g., allergen, GMO, halal, country-specific compliance) in line with current regulations and internal approvals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Product Stewardship, R&D, and Commercial teams to validate regulatory positions and ensure consistency across labels, SDS, and statements.
- Monitor relevant regulatory developments and proactively advise stakeholders on potential impacts, risks, and opportunities.
- Prepare, review, and maintain regulatory documentation, support regional submissions, and improve processes for efficiency and document traceability.
- Organize and manage regulatory documents in RegOne, ensuring secure storage, accuracy, and easy retrieval.
To succeed you must hold:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Biology, Biotechnology, Food Science, Chemistry, Toxicology, Biochemistry, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Be very good at communication (oral & written), facilitation and presentation skills. High professionalism and customer focus, with strong facilitation and presentation skills.
- Be quick in learning, self-directed, responsible, and able to work both independently and as a team member.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, keep detailed experimental protocols and records.
Know the relevant regulations and various guidelines for enzyme product registrations.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Product Stewardship, Product Development, or Food Safety.
- Experience in preparing regulatory documentation for customer interfaces (e.g., statements, technical datasheets).
