Challenging Internship at Bosch Japan. Join a renowned international company and become part of a vibrant team experiencing firsthand the ins and outs of daily operations as well as exciting projects. As an intern, your role will involve:
- Supporting series development project tasks in engineering or project management areas
- Assisting in the acquisition activities of new products like Zone ECUs and Motion Integrated Platform
- Collaborating with Global teams and handling customer communication when necessary
Qualifications
- Required Specialized Knowledge:
- Electrical/electronics or System engineering/Software educational background
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication, proactivity, tenacity, and reliability in a team setting
- Preferred Language Abilities:
- Fluency in English is a must
- Business level proficiency in Japanese is advantageous. Intermediate Japanese skills are the minimum requirement
- Preferred Skills:
- Dedication and flexibility
- Strong team spirit and social skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Passionate about work and capable of motivating others to achieve objectives
Additionally, you should be able to:
- Commit to a 6-12 month tenure with our company
- Be currently enrolled at a university for the entire internship duration
- Show flexibility, willingness, and motivation to adapt to a new cultural environment
Additional Information
Target Start Date: 1st Aug-2024 to 1st Sept-2024
We offer a competitive monthly net allowance of 180,000 Yen on a full-time basis. You will receive all necessary support and guidance for a successful Designated Activities visa application, a process that may take up to three months. Furthermore, interns undertaking a 12-month internship/residents in Japan will be entitled to a monthly gross allowance.
Japanese Nationals:
Japanese nationals are exempt from the visa application process. Based on department requirements, eligible students can commence their internship within a month of recruitment.
Exchange Students:
Foreign nationals holding a student visa with part-time work permission do not need to go through the visa application process. Such students will be allowed to work part-time based on conditions set forth. Eligible exchange students may start their internship within a month of hiring.
Non-Japanese Nationals (visa requirements):
Please note that non-Japanese applicants must qualify for the Designated Activities Visa to intern at Bosch Japan. Only students who meet the following criteria can apply:
- A.) Enrollment at a university at least 3 months prior to and during the entire internship
- B.) The internship must be deemed mandatory or highly recommended by your university, requiring the university's confirmation when applying for the visa
