A. 地盤調査や耐震技術のリーディングカンパニーです。建築土木建設業界で確かな実績を積み重ねています。
Q. 具体的にどんな仕事をするの?
A. 新築構造設計・既存建物の補強設計・耐震診断が主な業務です。依頼先との打合せから始まり、CADによる図面作成、SS7等を使った計算業務、建物調査の立会いまで幅広く担当します。
Q. 経験者向けとありますが、サポートはありますか?
A. はい。先輩社員の指導のもと業務を進めていただきますので安心です。構造設計・補強設計・耐震診断のいずれかの経験をお持ちであれば、段階的にスキルアップしていけます。
Q. 働きやすさはどうですか?
A. スライド勤務制度があり、7:00〜10:00の間で始業時間を選択可能です。残業も少なめで、完全週休2日制。年末年始休暇や夏季休暇もあり、ワークライフバランスを重視した働き方ができます。
