職務内容

【概要】
自動車業界の主要業務領域(Engineer-to-Order/Plan-to-Produce/Procure-to-Pay/Order-to-Delivery/After-Sales/Warranty)を対象に、SAP中核(S/4HANA)および周辺(SAP BTP、レガシーECC、MES/PLM/ALM等)を統合した ターゲットアーキテクチャの設計 と 移行ロードマップ策定 をリードする役割。加えて、データ分析基盤やセキュリティ/コンプライアンスも含め、ビジネス要件に整合した実装・品質管理・ステークホルダー連携を推進します。

【業務内容】

アーキテクチャ/ロードマップ

• SAPターゲットアーキテクチャおよびロードマップの策定(S/4HANA、SAP BTP、レガシーECCを含む)
• 移行設計(ECC→S/4HANA、段階移行、データ移行、簡素化項目の整理、Fit-to-Standard方針) 
• SAP Activate/アジャイル手法に基づくフェーズ運営(Discover/Prepare/Explore/Realize/Deploy/Run)

業務プロセス設計(Automotive)

• 自動車業界の主要業務領域における エンドツーエンドのプロセス設計
  • Engineer-to-Order(設計~製造)/Plan-to-Produce(生産計画~製造)/Procure-to-Pay(購買~支払)/Order-to-Delivery(受注~納品)/After-Sales/Warranty(アフターサービス・保証)

統合・連携(Integration)

• MES統合、PLM/ALM連携、工場システム接続の設計・実装(PDMI/PLMSIなどの統合シナリオ)

Role Summery

The SAP Architect will lead the design of the target architecture and transformation roadmap for the automotive industry, covering SAP core (S/4HANA) and related platforms such as SAP BTP, legacy ECC, MES, PLM, and ALM. This role is responsible for defining end-to-end business processes across key domains (Engineer-to-Order, Plan-to-Produce, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Delivery, After-Sales/Warranty) and ensuring seamless integration with shop-floor and engineering systems. In addition, the architect will drive data and analytics enablement, security and compliance, and stakeholder alignment to deliver business value through scalable and future-ready SAP solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define the SAP target architecture and transformation roadmap covering S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and legacy ECC.
• Design ECC-to-S/4HANA migration (data migration, Fit-to-Standard approach, phased cutover, simplification items).
• Design end-to-end business processes for the automotive industry across Engineer-to-Order, Plan-to-Produce, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Delivery, and After-Sales/Warranty.
• Design and implement integrations with shop-floor and engineering systems, including MES integration, PLM/ALM connectivity, and factory/OT systems.
• Leverage SAP BTP services (Integration Suite, API Management, Event Mesh, CAP, Fiori/UI5) to design scalable extensions and integrations with strong governance.
• Build and utilize the data & analytics foundation, including CDS Views, Embedded Analytics, and BW/4HANA.
• Establish security and compliance controls, including SoD, audit readiness, data protection, and effective use of SAP GRC.Support pre-sales activities (RFP responses, solution proposals, demos/PoC, and client workshops).Lead stakeholder alignment across business, IT, and vendors to drive consensus from requirements through design, testing, migration, and operations.

Requirements

Must-have

• 10+ years of experience in SAP solution implementation and 5+ years as an architect, with hands-on expertise in S/4HANA (manufacturing, SCM, finance integration) and deep understanding of automotive industry processes.
• Proficiency in at least three SAP modules among: PP/DS, EWM, TM, QM, PM, SD, MM, GTS, IBP/APO, VMS/IS-A, Warranty Management.
• Practical experience in MES integration, PLM/ALM connectivity, and factory system integration.
• Strong knowledge and experience with data analytics platforms (CDS Views, Embedded Analytics, BW/4HANA).
• Familiarity with security and compliance requirements (SoD, audit readiness, data protection) and SAP GRC.

Nice-to-have

• Experience with SAP BTP services (Integration Suite, API Management, Event Mesh, Extension Suite, CAP, Fiori/UI5).
• Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and agile delivery practices.
• Understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.
