【仕事内容】

大規模システム構築・導入プロジェクトにおいて、ユーザー企業の立場で、業務改革・定着の支援や、システム構築・導入プロジェクトの推進・管理を支援します。

ユーザー企業の情報システム部門を出自とするNRIの特徴を活かし、特定のハードウェア製品やソフトウェア製品に拘束されない中立的・客観的な観点で、多くのベンダーやメーカーが関わる大規模システム構築・導入プロジェクトの確実な完遂を支援する活動を実施します。

・RFPの策定支援

・調達戦略の策定支援、調達の実行支援

・プロジェクトマネジメント、複数プロジェクトの統合的マネジメントの実行支援

・システム維持管理・運営管理の実行支援

・仮説構築~PoC(実証実験)~本格展開支援

・事業部門のチェンジマネジメント支援

■顧客課題を見極め、解決策を提案できる力

■顧客と共にプロダクト開発を前提としたビジネスを推進するコミュニケーション能力

■複数のクラウドサービス、ハードウェア製品、ミドルウェア製品等について、サービス元やベンダーと対等に議論、交渉が可能なレベルの製品・技術知識

【求める志向】

  • 必ずしもITやシステム開発の段取り等に精通していないお客さまとの仕事において、お客さまに成り代わってでもプロジェクトを完遂させることへの強い関心

<実務経験5年以上の方>

■100MM以上のシステム開発プロジェクトにおいて、プロジェクト全体を俯瞰できる立場で、そのプロジェクトの立ち上げから完遂まで牽引した経験(プロジェクトリーダー、大規模な場合はサブシステムのリーダーを想定)

■問題が発生した中規模以上のシステム開発プロジェクトの立て直しにて中核的な役割を果たした経験

■新しい取り組み、施策を多くのステークホルダーを巻き込んで推進した経験・度量

■アジャイル開発、イテレーション開発におけるプロジェクトマネジメントの経験

760万円~1600万円

※上記年収レンジは目安です。前職の給与・スキル・経験等を考慮の上、当社規定により決定致します。 ※メンバー職はフレックスタイム制を適用(コアタイム10:00~15:00、1日7:30労働)
