お任せしたいのは「地域支え合い推進員」。
社会福祉士or主任ケアマネジャーor保健師の資格を
お持ちの方は経験がなくても大歓迎
訪問看護など在宅看護の経験がある看護師さんも歓迎です
「地域支えあい推進員」とは…
一言で伝えると「人と人をつなぐ」お仕事です。
高齢者の方が住み慣れた「神戸市」で生活できるよう
地域の住民同士で支え合える地域づくりへの支援を
主な業務としていますが、
地域の方、センター内のスタッフなど
たくさんの方と協力して進めていくお仕事です。
日頃から地域行事に参加し地域の方々とふれあい
相談しやすい関係づくりに努め、
高齢者の生活に関する情報提供なども行っています。
また、地域支援者の方々と連携し
住民同士の互助の関係づくりの支援や
生きがいづくりのグループ等の立ち上げや
活動継続のための後方支援などに取り組んでいます。
ひとつひとつの支え合い活動の支援が、
高齢者にとって住みよい街づくりに繋がります。

仕事内容
・地域包括支援センターで地域住民の相談援助業務
・ケアマネジャーの支援
・介護予防教室等地域行事の企画、地域ネットワークづくり
高齢者の方やご家族のニーズに応じて、
自立した生活を続ける為に 必要で適切な
サービスを受けるための援助をしていただきます。

その中で信頼関係が構築されていく過程にやりがいを感じます。
たくさんの方に顔を覚えてもらい、街で「〇〇さん」と声をかけてもらえることも大きな喜びです。
地域によって活動の仕方は様々で、自分のアイディアや経験を活かせる仕事でもあります。

給与
月額例 225000円~277000円
基本給 178000円~217180円
業務手当 15000円
資格手当 20000円~27000円
処遇改善手当 2000円
オンコール手当 2000円/1回 月6回程度

資格・経験
- 社会福祉士または主任ケアマネジャー
・地域ささえあい推進員業務未経験の方、経験の浅い方、ブランクのある方へも
ベテランスタッフがフォローします

休日:日曜休業
週休2日制 (公休:9日~10日/月 年間休日110日)
