【仕事内容】
1)開発チームリーダ
証券システムにはレイヤ毎のチームがあり、各チームは要件定義、設計、コーディング、テスト、運用保守といった一連の業務を行います。
利用言語はJava、C++、SQL、Shellとなります。
また、チームはプロパー5~10名、パートナーを含めるとその3倍程度の規模となります。
チームメンバとして参画し、チームリーダとして活躍頂くことを期待しています。
2) プロジェクトマネージャ(PM)
上述の各チームを横断する開発プロジェクトが常時複数平行して進行します。
小規模プロジェクトは数千万円、大規模プロジェクトは10億円を超える規模となります。
チームリーダ、PMとステップアップすることを期待しています。
当社ではPMのスキルのみによらずプロジェクト運営ができるよう、プロジェクト標準を定義しており、この標準に沿ってプロジェクトを運営して頂きます。
また、プロジェクトマネージメントを組織的に支援するPMOチームが存在し、PMが過度な負荷とならないよう日々の活動を支援します。

※上記年収レンジは目安です。前職の給与・スキル・経験等を考慮の上、当社規定により決定致します。 所定勤務時間7時間30分(休憩1時間)、フレックスタイム制(コアタイムなし)
