業務内容
サイバーエージェントグループ唯一のイベントプロダクションであるCyberEのプロデューサー/ディレクター職となります。
イベント制作において、プロデューサーと並列で動きながら「実制作・進行管理・現場運営」に特化してプロジェクトを推進します。
【具体的な業務】
プロデューサーと連携した企画内容の具体化
イベント制作進行管理(スケジュール・品質・コスト)
各種制作物(映像・デザイン・ステージなど)のディレクション
当日運営の設計・現場マネジメント
タレント・出演者・スタッフの調整
備品や機材の手配、現場環境の整備

求めるスキル・経験
必須要件
├ イベント制作・進行ディレクションの実務経験(目安:2年以上)
├ 現場でのリーダーシップやチームマネジメント経験
├イベントやエンタメへの強い関心と責任感を持てる方
└中国語でのコミュニケーションが可能な方(実務経験が望ましい)
歓迎要件
├ 大規模イベントやオンライン配信イベントの進行経験
├ ゲーム・エンタメ業界での制作ディレクション経験
