【職務詳細】
【A:企画・技術要件定義のエキスパート】 顧客要求を技術的な課題に落とし込み、開発の方向性を定め、推進する役割です。
・技術要件への落とし込み:要求仕様(スペック)を整理し、QFD等の手法を用いて技術要件に分解し、開発の根幹となる目標(特性、コスト、品質)を定義します。
・プロセス開発の牽引:定義した目標に基づき、実験計画の立案から実行、評価まで、開発を主体的に推進頂きます。
【B:プロセス実装・量産化のエキスパート】 生まれた技術を、実際の製造現場で使える形に磨き上げる役割です。
・プロセス移管:開発したプロセスを、国内外の協力会社(PCBメーカー)の製造ラインへ適用するプロジェクトを主導します。
・現地での最適化(合わせ込み):現地の設備や環境に合わせた最適なプロセス条件を確立し、量産化を実現します。
・技術サポート・歩留まり改善:移管後の技術的な課題を解決し、生産性と品質を最大化するための改善活動を推進します。

・ラボ~パイロットスケールでの新規プロセス・材料の基礎検討、評価
・開発プロセスの量産化に向けたスケールアップ検討

【求める人材】
【必須】
・化学、材料科学、電気電子、機械工学いずれかの分野における研究開発、またはプロセス開発の実務経験(目安:5年以上)
・実験計画(DoE)、データ解析、考察を通じて、主体的に研究開発テーマを推進し、成果を上げたご経験
【尚可】
・プリント基板の構造や製造プロセスに関する深い知見や実務経験
・QFD(品質機能展開)を用いた製品・技術開発の実務経験
・製造ラインの立ち上げや、開発プロセスの量産移管のご経験
・顧客先での技術サポートやプロセス調整のご経験
・ビジネスレベルの英語または中国語能力(海外出張があるため)
【給与】
年収:650万~900万程度
年俸制:月額541707円
給与:月額:基本給+固定残業代+ライフプラン手当(54,000円)
賞与:なし
昇給:年2回
