【業務内容】
PlayStation Network Platformの開発者が、安全かつ迅速に機能をリリースできるよう支援するプラットフォームやフレームワークの開発・運用を担当するチームでのポジションです。
主な役割として、チーム間のコーディネーターとして以下の業務を担当します。

• チームの運営・進行管理

• 複数のチームにまたがるプロジェクトやプログラムのテクニカルマネジメント

• 海外チームとの協業・コミュニケーション(開発はグローバル体制)
 
【必須スキル・経験】

• 英語を使用した海外チームとの業務経験

• 5年の海外も含めた多数のチームが係わる大規模プロジェクトのプロジェクトリードまたはテクニカルプログラムマネジメントリード経験

• 8年以上のスクラム開発経験 (うち実装・コードレビューなど開発実務に関わった経験を含む)

• リリースサイクル全体を通じて管理する能力

• システムアーキテクチャを技術的に理解し、チーム間の依存関係を適切に把握する能力
 
【歓迎スキル・経験】

• チームマネジメントまたはピープルマネジメント経験

• クラウド技術を活用したプロダクトの開発経験

• スクラムマスターの資格保持、またはスクラムマスターとしての実務経験

• TOEIC 850点以上の英語力

• ゲーム業界でのご経験がある方は歓迎します。また、ゲーム業界で働くことに強い情熱をお持ちの方も大歓迎です。
