About the Role

We're looking for a passionate, creative, and disciplined Social Media Intern who understands the power of storytelling and digital connection.

You'll work directly with our Founder and Creative Team to create content that builds awareness, educates users, and celebrates the artists and customers who make Beauty Bell possible.

This is a chance to grow your skills, express your creativity, and make a real impact in a growing beauty-tech startup.

What You'll Do

Create & Inspire

Develop and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, etc.)
Brainstorm fresh, engaging ideas that align with Beauty Bell's mission and visual identity
Engage & Build Community

Manage daily activity on Instagram and TikTok
Interact with followers through comments and messages
Maintain a consistent, positive, and professional brand voice
Learn & Grow

Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth)
Share insights and help optimize content strategy

Compensation

Base Stipend:
IDR 500K – 1M per month (based on experience and commitment)

Requirements

Preferred studying or recently graduated in Communications, Marketing, Media, or related fields
Highly passionate, creative, and disciplined
Interested in social media, startups, and the beauty industry
Familiar with Instagram & TikTok trends
Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or similar tools
Strong writing skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Own a personal computer/laptop with reliable internet connection
Have a proper, distraction-free working environment at home
Available to attend daily online meetings during working days
