あらゆるタッチポイントにおいて、感動的、教育的、娯楽的なストーリーを伝えるコンテンツを制作し、QVCのブランドに命を吹き込む。
MDが共有した商品・ブランド情報をもとに販売戦略を策定し、LP、タレント、マーケティング、EC、SNSなどの関係者に伝える。番組制作を直接指揮し、視聴者の購買意欲を喚起し、売上目標を達成する。
