1)職務内容
セールスストラテジーは、予算達成のために他のチームと協力し、戦略的に一貫したブランディングと番組制作を実行し、セールス結果に貢献する責任を負う。
マルチプラットフォームに焦点を当て、コンテンツを委託し、ビジネスの小売戦略を実現するために、すべてのプラットフォームで効果的に機能する販売戦略を考案する。 ラインマネージャーの指示のもと、QVCの番組制作とプレゼンテーションを通して、売上を最大化し、純利益を達成すること。
あらゆるタッチポイントにおいて、感動的、教育的、娯楽的なストーリーを伝えるコンテンツを制作し、QVCのブランドに命を吹き込む。
MDが共有した商品・ブランド情報をもとに販売戦略を策定し、LP、タレント、マーケティング、EC、SNSなどの関係者に伝える。番組制作を直接指揮し、視聴者の購買意欲を喚起し、売上目標を達成する。

テレビと他のプラットフォームが統合された戦略的販売アプローチに基づくショーのプロデュース。
顧客がエンド・ツー・エンドで質の高い顧客体験を楽しめるよう、魅力的なショーをプロデュースする。
確立されたブランド/販売戦略、ガイドラインや方針に従って、販売目標を達成する。
イベントの目的とゴールを理解し、販売目標の達成と視聴者数の増加につながる販売戦略を確立し、実行する。
PDCA/OODAサイクルを回し、担当番組の次回OAを改善する。
ビジネスを導き、実現可能な期待値を設定する。
コマース・プラットフォーム全体における顧客と視聴者の理解を確実にする。

・大学卒以上
3)必要な知識やスキル
・マーケティングや販売に関する豊富な知識がある。
・高い交渉力とコミュニケーション能力を有し、他者に影響を与え、コンセンサスを得ることができる。
・時間管理能力に優れ、業務の優先順位をつけることができる。
・リーダーシップがあり、強い自発性を発揮できる。
・厳しい納期やプレッシャーの中でも柔軟に業務を遂行できる。
・オフィス関連ソフト(ワード、エクセル、パワーポイント)の実用的な知識を有し、それらを効果的に使用できる。
・テレビ番組制作に関する知識があれば尚可。
・英語が堪能であれば尚可。
