テレアポ部隊が別にいるので、興味があるお客様への提案からスタートできます

大阪府で個人・法人向けのレンタカー事業を展開し、現在は大阪市内に3店舗と堺にて民間車検場 を運営している当社。

直営店のメリットを活かし、適正価格で提供できること。自社で民間車検 工場を所有することで、レンタカーの整備から清掃まで徹底管理できること。

これらの強みが評 価され、依頼・売上ともに右肩上がりを続けています。

お仕事内容

  • 商談 専任のテレアポ部隊によるアポイント取得後の対応や、反響営業が中心です。既存顧客からリピ ートの問い合わせもあり、契約に前向きな状態からスタートできます。
  • ニーズのヒアリング お客様先を訪問し、車種・台数・時期・使用目的をヒアリング。必要に応じて見積書を作成し、 納得いただければ成約です
  • 配車 お客様へ車をお届けします。エリアは大阪が中心で、ご要望があればその他関西圏も対応しま す。運転は1日1時間弱~3時間ほどです。
  • 顧客管理 1ヶ月ごとの支払いのため、集金業務や振込確認、請求書の作成、チェックを毎月行ないます。
  • アフターフォロー レンタルサービスの利用経験があるお客様へ定期的にご連絡。新たなニーズがないか深掘りしま す。 ※入社後1年以内に15社(40台程度)をお任せする予定。

※将来的には30社(80台)程度を担当。 <成約率は60~70%> 興味があるお客様への反響営業なので、提案はスムーズ。LP広告からの反響も大きく、

利用され たお客様からの問い合わせも多数。成果を出しやすい環境です 1ヶ月の成約事例(入社3年目)

・既存顧客からの問い合わせ:5件中、5件成約。

・広告からの新規問い合わせ:8件中、6件成約。 ・過去顧客へのアプローチ:10件中、2件成約。

給与


月給27万円+賞与+各種手当

  • 固定残業代あり: 25.0時間分、 5万 円

  • 昇給あり

※経験・年齢・能力などを考慮の上、決定します。

  • 支払い方法: 月1回
  • 上限なしのインセンティブを用意 月の契約台数に応じて、インセンティブを支給。成約率は非常に高いため、普通に進めれば月2万 円は可能。

平均は月5万円で、多い時は月10万円のインセンティブが貰えます。

  • 交通費: 全額支給
