【正社員】営業事務(受注管理・契約管理)

受注後から始まる営業事務

ネット・電気・ガス・回線の申込管理

数字・進捗を見ながら業務を管理

・ ・・ ・

勤務条件

・月給:25万~(経験・スキル考慮)

・賞与:年2回/昇給:年2回

・勤務時間:10:00~19:00(休憩1時間)

・休日:週休2日制/年間休日120日

・残業:月平均20h以内

・社会保険完備/交通費全額支給

・試用期間:3ヶ月(同条件)

仕事内容

・営業が契約した案件を管理画面に入力

・契約内容や開通状況を確認

・派遣スタッフや後輩のシフト管理・フォロー

・営業資料の作成(簡単な集計やレポート作成)

※落ち着いた入力作業中心ではなく、人・数字・進捗を見ながら動く営業事務です。

・営業事務/一般事務経験者

・基本的なPC操作(Excel・Word)
