【仕事内容】

介護事業・保育・学童事業等を提供する(株)ベネッセスタイルケアを中心に、ベネッセスタイルケアグループ関連会社の事業を支える介護DXサービス創出をミッションとする組織に所属し、マジ神AIや業務改善系のプロダクト等の既存プロダクトのロードマップ作製⇒KPI設定⇒各PJ・施策のディレクション(KPI達成のための施策検討・推進)、新プロダクトの企画作成、PJ立ち上げのための計画検討等をお任せします。

ベネッセスタイルケアグループでは、既存の介護、保育学童事業の深化のみならず新規事業の開発支援などにも力を入れており、介護事業のDX支援が中心の業務となります。部門からのさまざまなニーズにスピーディに対応するため、アジャイル的にモック・プロトタイプを構築し、実際の施設でリリースしながらPoCを進めています。介護業界という社会課題の最前線にて、スピード感高くプロダクト開発・グロースに取り組める点、実際のユーザー(施設スタッフ・入居者)を自社で抱えており、効果やフィードバックが即時得られる点が魅力です。

【具体的には】

・プロダクトロードマップの策定:事業部門と連携し、事業目標を達成するためのプロダクトのロードマップ・KPIを策定します。

・市場・競合分析:法や規制の動向を常に把握し、市場機会を特定します。競合プロダクトの機能を分析し、当社の強みと弱みを明確にします。

・ビジネス要件の定義:プロダクトのビジネスモデル、収益貢献、LTV(顧客生涯価値)、ユーザー数といったビジネスKPIに責任を持ち、その達成に向けた要件を定義します。

・プロダクト開発の推進:デザイナーやエンジニアと密に連携し、開発の優先順位付けと進捗管理を行い、プロダクトのリリースを主導します。

・外部パートナーとの連携:サービサーやシステムベンダーなど、エコシステムを構築するための外部連携をリードします。

【求める人材】

・webサービス/スマートフォンアプリのプロダクトの

企画・開発(要件定義~設計~開発~テスト)のご経験を有する方

・定量、定性データ解析からの課題抽出や仮説構築、改善計画やKPI策定の提案と実行の経験

【給与】

年収700~900万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
