銘板・ネームプレートなどの製造

【仕事内容】
デジタル・アナログでの銘板・ネームプレートなどの製造。
今の社員は、一人で複数の機械を掛け持ちしています。
操作方法はそれほど難しくないので無理なく兼務できます。
業務割合は時期によって変わりますが、(1)と(2)半々くらいです。
【 デジタル 】
(1)オンデマンドシール印刷、レーザー彫刻
パソコンを使用して機械を操作します。
シールをカット、プリントしたり、金属をレーザーで彫って色入れする作業です。
【 アナログ 】
(2)金属加工
小さく、軽量の金属の切断や穴あけ加工などをする作業です。
座りながら作業することも多く、特別な技術は不要で力仕事ではない作業がほとんどです。
※今いるスタッフも全員未経験からのスタートでした。
PCスキルや手先の器用さを判断させていただき、OJTで覚えていただきます。
PCでの機械オペレーションは普段PCを使っている方なら慣れるまでに時間はかかりません。
アナログ業務はデジタルより慣れるまで少し時間かかりますが、1~3カ月で
一人で作業できるようになります。
コツコツと細かい作業が早くできるようになると、本当に面白いですよ

月給250,000円~280,000円(類似業務の経験によって優遇)

東京都板橋区蓮沼町74-2
【交通アクセス】
都営三田線「本蓮沼駅」より徒歩15分
JR「赤羽駅」よりバス、「赤羽西6丁目バス停」より徒歩1分
【勤務時間・曜日】
8:30~17:15(実働8時間・休憩45分+小休憩)
お昼45分は全員でまとめて入りますが、
小休憩は適宜自由なタイミングで取っています。
残業
月平均10~20時間。
残業は多い月と少ない月の変動が激しく、
特に年末と年度末は多くなる傾向です。
(増員により残業時間を減らしていきたいと考えています)

【資格・経験】
高卒以上
男女・資格不問・経験不問
未経験者大歓迎
PC基本操作ができればOK(Excel・Word・メールなど)
加工する商品により仕様が様々ですので、細かい作業が得意な方がこのお仕事に向いています。
プレス機の操作など、金属加工の経験がある場合、
デジタル印刷ではなく、金属加工での採用も可能です。
