募集背景・業務概要:
小売の来店予約を統合管理する新規システムを立ち上げ、顧客対応の効率化を進めています。要件定義から設計までを一貫して進めるため、上流工程の体制を強化します。利用部門との合意形成を重視した開発方針です。お任せする業務:
要件定義から基本設計を中心に、画面構成とAPI設計の指針を整理します。業務フローの整理や優先度調整にも関わり、設計の整合性を高めます。レビューを通じて品質基準を整えます。関係部門への説明資料を整備し、合意形成を円滑に進めます。非機能要件の整理にも関わり、品質を高めます。

お客様の単価を100%開示しています。単価と給与が連動するから、頑張りや成果がダイレクトに収入に反映される仕組みです。
・月給に単価連動型の歩合給を支給。
・還元率:メンバークラスで75~80%、リーダークラスで85%~90%の高水準を実現
・単価アップ時に即時昇給反映
・賞与年2回(計2ヶ月分)
