前職が施工管理や現場監督、造園、鉄筋、塗装、解体、内装、外装、土木、建築、建設、設備工事、電気工事士(電工)、水道、防水、シーリング、左官、大工、リフォーム、木造大工、現場作業員・・・など、

建設に関するお仕事経験のある方も、まったくの異業種出身(飲食や製造、ドライバーなど)の方のご応募も大歓迎です

力仕事が一切ない工場での監視業務等もございますので、ご希望のお仕事内容をまず面接でお話ししましょう

勤務時間詳細


実働時間:1日あたり7時間30分

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり1日 〜 25日

8:00~17:00(実働7時間半、休憩1時間半)

*「週1日」「平日のみ」「土日のみ」など希望申告制

*週5日以上・フルタイム勤務できる方歓迎

*単発・短期から勤務をしたい方も大歓迎

【シフト提出について】

前日のお昼までの連絡でOK

「急に予定が入ってしまった」「掛け持ち先のバイトがなくなった」などの場合も、前日のお昼までの申請でシフトの変更OK

時間を無駄にすることなく、しっかり稼げます。

休憩は、午前・お昼・午後の計3回。無理なく続けられる環境です。

休日休暇


完全週休2日制や土日祝休み、平日に連休をなど、ご希望のお休みを取得することが可能です。

シフト制のため出勤・休日はご自身の都合に合わせて自由に選択できます。

当社のシフトは自由度が高いので、誰かとシフト交換することはありません。

働きたいと思ったら、働けます

給与詳細


基本給:日給 1万円 〜 1万5000円

固定残業代:なし

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

・交通費全額支給

※今なら入社祝い金として30勤務まで日給+2000円(規定有)

*お仕事が1時間で終わっても、日給全額保証します

※夜勤の案件をご希望の方はご相談ください。(案件自体は多くありません)

給与例


【月収例】

  • 月10日勤務の場合…日給1万円×10日=10万円
  • 月15日勤務の場合…日給1万円×15日=15万円
  • 月20日勤務の場合…日給1万円×20日=20万円
  • 月25日勤務の場合…日給1万円×25日=25万円
