1つの社会課題だけをテーマに事業を行う企業は多くあります。

一方でグラファーは、行政・食品流通・AI駆動開発と異なる領域に挑戦し、現場に深く入り込みながら事業として形にしてきました。

私たちが取り組む領域を広げ続けてきたのは、どの現場でも、本来なくてもいいはずの手続きや工程が人や組織の行動を止め、社会が前に進むことを阻害している現実に何度も直面してきたからです。

そして今、AIの進化によって、これまでSaaSでは業務の個別性に対応しきれず、個別開発ではコストや運用負荷が大きすぎて実現できなかった"手順の問題"にまで踏み込めるようになりました。

グラファーは「We Remove Steps.」をミッションに、行政・企業・そして自社自身の中に存在する価値を生まない手順や構造に向き合い続けてきました。

その過程で、HRは専任メンバー1名体制のもと、採用から人材・組織開発までを担ってきました。一方で、事業の広がりに対して、人・組織を支える体制はまだ発展途上にあります。

私たちが次に向き合うのは、人という切り口で、事業と組織の成長を両立させ続けるための仕組み作りです。

事業も、組織も、社会も、常に変化していく。

だからこそ、人や組織のあり方に「完成形」はありません。

その時々の変化を見極め、何が今のグラファーにとって最適なのかを考え続け、必要な手段を学び、試し、更新し続ける。HRという組織自体もまた、変化の只中で学習し、成長し続ける存在でありたいと考えています。

そこで今回、まずは採用を起点に人・組織の構造を一緒に前に進めるメンバーを新たに迎えます。

  • 業務内容

まずは特定のポジションフォーカスし、候補者獲得から内定承諾までを一気通貫で担っていただきます。

単なる選考対応ではなく、

  • なぜこのポジションが必要なのか
  • どんな人が、どんな文脈で活躍できるのか
  • どう伝えれば「話を聞いてみたい」と思ってもらえるのか

    を、現場・経営と対話しながら言語化し、実行していく役割です。

採用業務

  • 採用要件の整理・言語化(現場/経営とのすり合わせ)
  • ダイレクトリクルーティングの設計・運用・改善
  • 候補者とのコミュニケーション(カジュアル面談・フォロー)
  • 選考プロセスの設計・改善
  • 内定〜入社までのフォロー

※エンジニア採用の専門知識は、入社後にキャッチアップできる環境があります。

※AIを活用した採用業務の効率化・高度化にも積極的に取り組んでいます。

必須スキル

  • 当社のMission / Valuesへの共感
  • 社会人経験3年以上
  • 営業、キャリアアドバイザー、リクルーティングアドバイザー等の経験
  • 候補者や顧客と向き合い、価値提案をしてきた経験

    ※ 人事経験・エンジニア採用経験は必須ではありません

給与

年収4,800,000円~8,400,000円(固定残業代45時間分/月(104,100円~182,100円)を含む)

  • フレックスタイム制(コアタイムなし)
  • 完全週休2日制
  • 国民の祝日、年末年始休日

試用期間

3ヶ月(ただし、試用期間中の条件変更はなし)
