仕事内容

トマトの収穫・整枝・葉掻き作業などを行っていただきます。

※周りのスタッフとの連携を取っていきますが、お仕事は基本1人作業となります。

(黙々とやるお仕事なのでモクモク派にはぴったり)

<具体的には>

・ミニトマトの収穫

・葉かき

・誘引(枝が折れないよう支える)

・吊り下ろし(伸びた枝をずらす)

※重労働はほとんどございません

※ミニトマトの品質を保つため、作業場は12~13℃に保たれています。就業時は防寒着の貸し出しをいたします。

給与


時給1,080円

<月収例>

週6日のバリバリ勤務の場合/181,440円(1日7h×24日稼働)

週4日の扶養内勤務の場合 /120,960円(1日7h×16日稼働)

  • 時給が上がる評価制度あり

勤怠、業務パフォーマンスを踏まえて時給をアップいたします

常総線「三妻駅」より徒歩4分

(常総IC近く)

  • 「万博記念公園駅」から車で15分、「研究学園駅」から車で20分と、つくば市の方も通いやすい立地です。

勤務曜日・時間


8:30~16:30(お昼休憩/12:30~13:30)

  • 必須:上記時間内で週20h以上勤務できる方。曜日不問

※勤務は午前のみ・午後のみ・終日いずれも可

  • 農業のため天候・季節・状況に応じて変動あり 。
  • 急な用事でのシフト変更など柔軟に対応します
  • 終日勤務の場合は12:30~13:30がお昼休憩です。その他にも小休憩がございます。

資格・経験

  • 年齢・学歴不問
  • 農業経験不問
  • スマートフォンの基本操作が出来る方(アプリログイン・文字入力等)

※業務・勤怠管理において使用

  • 土曜日勤務できる方優遇
  • 兼務可能な方歓迎

15:00~15:10 休憩

15:10~16:30 吊り下ろし(伸びた枝をずらす作業) ※実施作業は日によって変更します。
