建築資材の法人向けルート営業スタッフ 建築関連ではめずらしい年間休日125日 未経験者大歓迎

建築副資材の流通を行う当社にて、建築資材の法人営業をお任せします。

最初は学ぶことが多いですが、

毎日が充実&住宅に詳しくなって、達成感も感じられるお仕事です

年間休日125日と休日が多いのでワークライフバランスが取りやすい職場です。

ほとんどの方が未経験からスタートし、成長を遂げています。

住宅副資材専門商社で営業

【雇用形態】

正社員

【仕事内容】

お客様のニーズに合わせて必要な建築資材を調達し、

工程に合わせて現場に納品するサービスを提案する法人営業

  • 基本的な業務例

・既存のお客様先を訪問(オンライン・対面)

・提案(資料作成)

・受注、仕様書の作成(商品の種類と発注量、工事のスケジュール詳細などを記載)

  • 具体的な仕事内容

・お客様へコストダウンの提案や商品の紹介などを通じて、

お客様が抱える課題や困りごとを解決します。

・取り扱いアイテム数が多く最初は大変ですが、

その分「何か困ったらソニテックに聞く」といった信頼関係やお客様に合った提案ができます。

・自分でスケジュールを立てたり、どのお客様に何を売るか、

重点的に取り組むかを自分で裁量を持って取り組めます。

・1日の訪問は多くて3~4件。訪問頻度は1か月~数か月に1回程度です。

1人当たりの担当者数は20~40社。

・積算、出荷研修を予定しています。

  • 入社後の流れ

6ヵ月~1年間は先輩社員によるOJTを実施。

未経験の方でも充実した育成制度がありますので安心して取り組むことができます。

【給与】

<月給制>

220,000円~308,000円(経験による)

<賃金内訳>

基本給 /月:196,000円~284,000円

地域手当/月: 24,000円

時間外残業について・・・残業手当は別途支給

<年収>

想定年収:

3,000,000円~4,410,000円

想定年収(20時間残業含む):

3,585,000円~5,089,000円

【資格・経験】

  • 高卒以上
  • ワード・エクセル・PCの基本操作ができる方

・販売や接客経験があり、顧客や社内とコミュニケーションがとれるスキルをお持ちの方

・社会人として実務経験が1年以上ある方
