Description
Amazonでは、障がいを持つ社員がそれぞれ自分の能力を活かし、様々な部門で活躍しています。社内外の関係者が連携しながら、ひとりひとりの障がいに合わせた必要なサポートを提供します。
アマゾンジャパンのフルフィルメントセンター(物流拠点)における、メンテナンスチーム業務のサポートを担当していただきます。
メンテナンスチームの主な業務は以下の通りです。
1.設備・装置の安定稼働のサポートとメンテナンス。
2.故障した設備・装置の修理・復旧。
3.故障原因を調査し、再発防止対策を策定。
4.装置の性能・生産性の改善策を策定・実施。
このうち、メンテナンス業務をサポートする部品の発注・納品管理、検品・検収、在庫管理、データ集計などのデスクワークを中心に行っていただきます。
1.業務手順・ルールに沿って作業を実施します。
2.メンテナンス業務に必要な部品の発注データ⼊⼒。
3.納品された品物の検品、検収、移動、入庫処理。
4.メンテナンスチームから依頼されたデータ集計などパソコンでの⼊⼒。
※未経験の方でも、作業マニュアルやマンツーマンの指導があるので、安心して仕事を始めていただけます。
※まずは基本的な業務から始め、徐々に新しい業務を覚えていき、担当できる仕事を少しずつ増やしていきます。
・会社の安全ルールを順守し勤務いただきます。(フルフィルメントセンターでは、スタッフの安全と作業環境の保全のために様々なルールがあるので、そのルールを覚えて守ることが必要です。)
・報告・連絡・相談(報連相)をタイムリーに行い、自分で判断ができないことは、曖昧なままにせず責任をもって上司に報連相を行っていただきます。
・日常的に英単語に触れることがあります。社内で使用しているシステムには、中学英語レベルの英単語が頻出します。(英語による「読み・書き・会話」のスキルは不要です)
・デスクワーク中心ですが、フルフィルメントセンター内の備品倉庫で検品や在庫確認等の業務が発生します。

Basic Qualifications
- 【学歴・経験】 ・高校卒業以上 (特別支援学校高等部など、高校卒業に該当するとみなします) ・Microsoft Officeを使用した業務経験が1年以上ある(Excel:SUMやIFを使った作表、Outlook:添付ファイル付きのメールの送信など) ・障がい者手帳の交付を受けている方
