お問い合わせをいただいたお客様のご対応をお願い致します。

お客様のニーズをしっかりヒアリングし応えるお仕事です

スマホと併せて、お客様の興味レベルが高い、電気・ガス料金の削減やインターネット環境の改善をご提案頂き、携帯だけではなく+@のメリットを提供します。

取扱い商材の知識をインプットして頂いた後は、

先輩社員の隣で、お問合せの対応方法や業務の流れを覚えます

  • 先輩社員にフォローをしてもらいながら、顧客を担当
  • 一連の流れを一人でできるようになったら独り立ちです

常に周りに先輩社員や上司が常駐している状態の為、わからない事の質問やトラブル時の対応方法なども気軽に相談できます

STEP1:一般社員

・WEBからのお問合せに対しての受注業務

・お客様来店対応

・自身が契約したお客様のフォローアップ

STEP2:マネージャー

・チームリーダーとして部下の教育、マネージメント

・チーム予算責任者として組織を運用

・新人教育、マネージャー排出

STEP3:エリアマネージャー

・複数のマネージャーを部下に持ち、自組織の指揮を行う

・集客サイトの改善、開拓

・各取引先とのアライアンス改善

STEP4:統括

・事業部予算責任者としてビジネスモデルの構築を行う

・事業部戦略の立案・具現化

・各取引先との交渉
