仕事内容

〇元気キッズの保育について

「叱らない、伝えること」「子どもの自主性を伸ばすこと」を軸とし、子どもたちの「やりたい」気持ちを受け止め、共感し、共に楽しむ。子どもと対話をし、丁寧にかかわり、どうすれば子どもの興味を引けるのか、やりたくなるのかよく考え、関わり方や環境づくりをすることが役割です。

  • 一日のお仕事の流れ

※9時出勤の場合

【9:00 出勤/随時登園/主体的遊び】

コーナー保育を行っており、自分でやりたいことを選び遊び込みます。

【9:50 サークルタイム】

子どもと保育者が円形になり、今日の活動、やってみたいことなどコミュニケーションをとる時間です。

【10:00 主体的遊び/戸外遊び】

天気の良い日は園庭や公園に行きます。

幼児は園庭、室内、公園など遊ぶ環境を自ら選びます。

【12:00 昼食】

給食は子どもたちが個々に食べたいタイミングで食べることができる時間差給食を取り入れています。

【13:00 午睡・休憩】

職員も順番に休憩を取ります。

連絡帳への記入、ミーティングなどもこの時間に行います。

【15:00 おやつ】

【16:00 主体的遊び】

コーナー保育でお迎えの時間まで主体的に遊びます。

お迎え時に今日のお子さんの様子をお伝えします。

【18:00 退勤】

残業は月5時間程度。基本的に持ち帰り仕事もありません。

勤務時間・休日

月~土7:00~19:00(シフト制による実働8時間勤務)

〇年間休日124日

〇土曜日出勤の際は平日に振替休日取得(完全週休2日制)

〇土曜日保育は市内園で合同保育のため月1~2回程度

〇リフレッシュ休暇

〇アニバーサリー休暇

〇年末年始休暇

〇年次有給休暇(最大20日、翌年持越し可。1時間単位でも取得可能)

〇慶弔休暇

給与

月給245,000円~275,000円

※処遇改善等加算分を含む

【必須条件】

・保育士資格をお持ちの方

<活かせる経験・スキル>

・保育園や幼稚園での勤務経験

・児童館や児童養護施設、児童福祉施設での勤務経験

・学童保育や病院内保育(病棟保育)、企業内保育の経験

・放課後等デイサービスでの勤務経験

<歓迎条件>

・アルバイトパートから正社員で安定して勤務したい方

・資格を活かしたお仕事を探してる方

・ハローワークでお仕事探ししてる方

・現場から離れてブランクがある方も歓迎(ブランクOK)
