損害保険チームー【経営・戦略コンサルタント】事業変革に伴走する変革パートナー

【仕事内容】

プロジェクトごとに多様なテーマを経験し、一流の経営・戦略コンサルタントを目指していただきます。

  • 募集背景

同社は、戦略の立案を行うだけでなく、仮説検証活動や初期マーケットの探索活動を担う等、現場に深く入り込み"結果の出る成果創出型コンサルティング"を強みとして成長を続けてきました。

特定のソリューションに限定しないコンサルティングスタイルから、戦略立案、事業開発、組織改革等の多岐に渡る経営アジェンダを支援させていただくことが多く、プロジェクト体制をより強化なものとするため、損害保険業界の知見、経験のある方を増員募集します。

  • 仕事内容

損害保険業界を支援するチームの一員として、経験やご志向性に合わせてプロジェクトにアサインいたします。変革期を迎える業界・企業とは多岐に渡る経営イシューに取り組んでいますが、プロジェクトは半年から1年単位のものが多く、一つのテーマに腰を据えて向き合える環境です。

プロジェクトごとに多様なテーマを経験し、一流の経営・戦略コンサルタントを目指していただきます。

・脱炭素に関する新規事業 など

【年収・給与】

  • 想定年収:700万円~1,500万円(1)想定月給:583,334円~(2)固定残業手当(時間外労働の有無にかかわらず、50時間分の時間外手当として支給)(3)50時間を超える時間外労働分についての割増賃金は追加で支給※経験・能力・前職給与などを考慮して決定します【評価・給与改定】年2回(適切な評価を行うため、評価調整会議では評価者が1日かけて評価の妥当性の確認を実施しています。)

【勤務時間】

所定労働時間 9:15~18:15 ※時差勤務あり

【休日休暇】

完全週休2日制(土日)、祝日、年末年始、年次有給休暇、私傷病休暇、結婚・出産・忌引休暇、妊娠症状対応特別休暇、介護休暇・育児休暇ほか(※年間休日124日/2025年度)
