職務内容:
SAP S/4HANA Cloudおよび関連SAPクラウド技術を活用したビジネス変革プログラムを推進する、経験豊富なSAPクラウドリードサービス – ビジネスプロセスリード(製造)を募集します。理想的な候補者は、製造プロセスに関する深い専門知識、強力なSAP機能知識、そしてグローバル製造事業全体におけるクラウド対応プロセス設計、導入、展開、最適化のイニシアチブをエンドツーエンドで主導した実践経験を有していることが求められます。
職務内容:
1. SAPクラウド&S/4HANAリーダーシップ
製造業務プロセス向けSAP S/4HANA Cloud(パブリック/プライベート版)の導入・設計・展開を主導。
製造オペレーションにおけるクラウド導入戦略、システム標準、ガバナンスフレームワーク、ベストプラクティスを定義。
SAP BTP、SAP Cloud Integration(CPI)、その他クラウドベースソリューションとの統合イニシアチブを推進。
2. 製造業務プロセス統括
生産、計画、調達、現場、品質プロセス全般における製造業務プロセス責任者を務める。
現状プロセスの分析を実施し、グローバルおよび地域ステークホルダーとの標準適合性/ギャップ分析を主導する。
SAPクラウド機能に整合した目標プロセス設計、機能仕様書、プロセス文書を定義する。
3. エンドツーエンド実装・デリバリー
ブループリント作成、設定検証、ユーザー受入テスト(UAT)、カットオーバー、移行、稼働支援においてクロスファンクショナルチームを統率する。
ビジネスタイムラインと品質基準に沿ったSAPクラウド製造ソリューションの成功裏な導入を保証する。
SAPパートナー、技術チーム、事業部門と連携し、シームレスなソリューション提供を実現する。
4. ステークホルダー管理・コミュニケーション
製造プロセス設計およびクラウド変革に関する主要な窓口として機能する。
グローバルビジネスリーダーとのワークショップ、ガバナンス会議、意思決定フォーラムを促進する。
技術チーム、業務部門、経営陣間の透明性あるコミュニケーションと調整を確保する。
5. 継続的改善とイノベーション
プロセス改善の機会を特定し、SAPクラウド機能を活用した自動化と分析を導入する。
SAP Fiori、組み込み分析、BTPサービス、クラウドベースのレポートツールの採用を推進する。
導入後のプロセス最適化を提供し、長期的な変革ロードマップを定義する。

製造業務プロセスに関する深い理解(以下を含む):
生産計画(PP)

調達・在庫管理プロセス
Fit-to-Standard、ブループリント作成、クラウド移行ワークショップの主導経験

グローバル/地域変革プログラムの主導実績
強力なステークホルダーマネジメント、コミュニケーション、部門横断的協業能力
SIパートナー、オフショアデリバリーチーム、マルチベンダー環境の管理経験。
複雑な製造プロジェクトを構想から稼働まで主導する能力。
望ましい要件:
S/4HANAまたはクラウドソリューションにおけるSAP認定資格。
自動車、電子機器、産業機械、FMCG、製薬など製造業界での経験。
