仕事内容:
外国人人材を中心の人材紹介及び勤務サポートに関する営業(業務内容)人材紹介に関わる営業、登録支援機関の営業※入管書類作成支援、海外の方々との定期面談、関連会社の監理団体業務(関連会社)、日本語研修等コーディネート※委託会社との連携、登録スタッフの対応(在留カード更新申請支援・生活支援)など
アピールポイント:
社会福祉法人三養福祉会、社会福祉法人柏清会、の関連法人として、当法人が設立されました。関連会社(協同組合グローバルライフ)も設立し、4法人に関わりながら、新規事業の立ち上げ経験を積むことができます。当社グループの職員総数は約1,100人、そのうちインターナショナル人材は150名に達しており、出身国は、ベトナム、ミャンマー、インドネシア、モンゴル、スリランカ、フィリピンに広がり、今後はインドも追加する予定です。インターナショナル人材に関わるビジネスは今後拡大する中、共に事業を発展させていきましょう。
求める人材:
必要なものは、自動車免許、パソコンスキル(エクセル、ワード、パワーポイント)、になります。
その他、営業事務及び営業経験、留学や海外で仕事をしたことがある経験、外国語(英語など)を使う経験、労務に関わる経験、などの経験は歓迎です(必須ではありません。)

勤務時間:9時00分~18時00分( 休憩 60 分 )
平日:月曜日~金曜日(土日祝完全週休2日制)
