人材業界が未経験でもOK

外国人雇用に関する知識は、

入社後にしっかり身につけられます。

やり取りはすべて日本語なので、

語学に自信がなくても大丈夫です。

・月内で新規獲得企業が

5社目以降の場合、

1社あたり3万円を支給

  • 内定人数インセンティブ(月間)

1名あたり1万円を支給

お願いする業務内容

飲食店や食品製造業を

中心とした企業さまへ、

特定技能外国人人材の

ご紹介・提案を行う営業職です。

現在は代理店経由や既存のお客様からの

お問い合わせが増えており、

商談からご契約までを

中心にお任せします。

※飛び込み営業やテレアポは

基本的にありません

  • 飲食店さまへのご提案
  • 採用状況やお困りごとのヒアリング
  • 外国人材紹介サービスのご案内

※分業制のため、案件獲得後の

「求人作成・募集・契約手続き」

などは、専門部署へ引き継ぎます。

※ご紹介する人材は、

ベトナム、インドネシア、ネパール、

スリランカ、カンボジア

出身の方が中心です。

※英語スキルは不問です

※ノルマは一切ございません

勤務時間詳細


総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり163時間

9:00~18:00(休憩1時間)

※残業は月平均20時間以下

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 20万6600円 〜 22万9500円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり6万3400円 〜 7万500円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり40時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

月給は、経験・能力により決定します。
