【調理スタッフ】仕事内容

当店では、調理スタッフとして一緒に働いていただける方を募集しています。

【主な仕事内容】

・食材の仕込み・下ごしらえ

・調理および盛り付け作業

・調理場の清掃・衛生管理

・食材や在庫の管理

・新メニューの提案・開発(経験者の場合)

飲食業界未経験の方も歓迎

丁寧な研修がありますので、包丁の持ち方からしっかり学べます。

経験者の方は、これまでのスキルを活かし、即戦力としてご活躍いただけます。

応募資格

  • 飲食業経験者は大歓迎
  • 多言語話せる方は優遇します
  • 意欲があれば未経験スタートも歓迎します

勤務時間


17:00〜05:00(実働:8.0時間)

※1日の勤務時間が6時間を超える場合は45分以上、

8時間を超える場合は1時間以上の休憩あり

平均所定労働時間:1ヶ月あたり176時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日

給与


月給300,000円〜350,000円(固定残業代を含む)

【給与の内訳】

基本給:1ヶ月あたり232,900円〜271,800円

固定残業代:1ヶ月あたり67,100円〜78,200円

固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり20時間分

※固定残業時間を超えた場合の追加支払いあり

東京・銀座の中心地に佇む「銀座そばごや」は、そばという日本の伝統食を通じて、お客様に"本物の味とおもてなし"を提供する和食店です。

私たちは今回、この銀座そばごやで店舗を支えていただくホールスタッフを募集いたします。

  • 銀座そばごやとは

銀座そばこやは、東京・銀座の中心にありながら、どこか懐かしく落ち着いた雰囲気を持つ、本格そばと和食の専門店です。

北海道や信州など、全国から選び抜いたそば粉を使用し、店内で毎日丁寧に手打ちするそば。

さらに、旬の食材を活かした一品料理や、四季折々の日本酒とともに楽しめる和食の数々。

私たちは、ただ「お腹を満たす食事」ではなく、「心に残る一杯のそば、一皿の料理」をお届けすることを目指しています。

現在、今後の店舗力強化と調理部門の体制拡充のため、調理スタッフを募集しています。

1.「手打ちそば」と「本格和食」を基礎から学べる

そばこやでは、毎日店内でそばを打ち、出汁を引き、一品料理を丁寧に作っています。

和食の基本である包丁使い、火入れ、出汁の扱いなどを習得できるだけでなく、

手打ちそばという専門性の高い技術も、実践の中でしっかり学べます。
