マンションや建物の外壁・タイルの補修工事を

お客様に提案するお仕事です

◎複数名の募集

◎補修実績は3000件以上

<仕事内容>

①既存のお客様(法人)への訪問

②タイルの状態をチェック

③お客様のご要望をヒアリング

④見積作成など

<スケジュール>

1日3〜5社の訪問を行います。

月に数回、得意先と現場(マンション・ビルなど)を

訪問して既存タイルを数枚持ち帰ります。

✓ 基本的に直行直帰

✓ 週1回、社内ミーティング(情報共有や進行の相談など)

▽取引先について:

・東京・神奈川・千葉エリアの商社や工事会社

・現在150社以上のお取引があります。

▽扱う商材:

オーダーメイドの外装タイル

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥285,000 〜 ¥400,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥80,000(52時間相当分)を含む。52時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

月給285,000円~400,000円

※固定残業代は80,000円(52時間分)

昇給あり:年1回

賞与あり:年2回(前年度実績3ヵ月分)

決算賞与あり:最大100万円程度(担当案件に応じて、頑張りを評価しています)
