私たちのチームでは、Webのフロントエンドアプリケーションから、クラウドのマイクロサービス群を通して、車載の監視・指示アプリケーション(Autowareを除く)まで一気通貫で開発しています。クロスファンクショナルでカバーする技術範囲は広くなりますが、その分フロー効率のリターンを狙っています。

- 運行管理アプリケーションの開発運用
要件定義・設計・開発・テスト・リリース・運用とフルサイクルな貢献が期待されます。
要件定義は、PdMやステークホルダーと合意形成を行いながら策定します。
設計・開発は、開発チーム内(必要に応じてチーム外)の開発者と議論やレビューを行いながら進めます。
テストは、QA/QCチームと協調しながら行っています。
運用は、SREチームと協調しながら行っています。
- ユーザーサポート
アプリケーションの社内ユーザーまたは、カスタマサポートチームからの問い合わせに対して、開発者としてのサポートを行います。
- ドキュメンテーション
アプリケーションのユーザードキュメントや仕様書などの執筆を行います。
開発者向けのAPIリファレンスなどの執筆を行います。
- インシデント対応等のシステム運用
システムアラートに対する対応やSLOに違反している内容の確認や対応を行います。
