職務内容:
1. プロジェクト及びステークホルダー管理
複数の作業ストリームを管理するための強力なリーダーシップと調整能力。
ビジネス部門、IT部門、ベンダー間のコミュニケーションを橋渡しする能力。
ステークホルダーの関与と期待値管理。
進捗報告、エスカレーション対応、ガバナンスの経験。
2. SAP環境及び移行に関する知識
SAP ECCアーキテクチャとそのコンポーネント(FI/CO、SD、MM、PI)の理解。
クラウド移行の影響に関する認識(Opella Azure環境)。
データセンター移転プロセスと依存関係の理解。
3. インターフェース管理
SAP PI/POインターフェース、IDoc、RFC、サードパーティ統合に関する知識。
インターフェースの再設定とテストの調整能力(範囲に応じて18以上)。
EPOCHシステムの接続性と下流フロー(例:TM1)の理解。
4. テスト・検証
ECCモジュール(P2P、OTC、FICO)の機能テスト監督。
移行後のシステム間におけるエンドツーエンドのデータ整合性の確保。
BWエクストラクタの検証とレポートの一貫性管理。
5. 技術調整
Basis活動(システムコピー、接続性、トランスポート)の基本理解。
パフォーマンスおよびセキュリティチェックのためのクラウドチームとの連携能力。
6. コミュニケーション・文化適応力
現地ビジネスおよびグローバルチーム向け、英語と日本語による流暢なコミュニケーション能力。
日本拠点のステークホルダーに対する文化的配慮。
明確な文書作成およびプレゼンテーションスキル。
