仕事内容:

株式会社ECNは、システム受託開発・Webサイト制作を軸に、お客様の課題をITで解決する会社です。

クラウドシステム、スマホアプリ(iPhone/Android)、Windowsアプリなど幅広い開発実績があり、企画〜開発〜運用までワンストップで支援しています。

お客様の課題を整理し、社内メンバーと連携しながら、

要件定義〜進行管理〜納品までプロジェクトを前に進められるPMを募集します。

最初は既存のお客様中心で、関係性がある状態からスタートできます。

具体的には

  • お客様との打ち合わせ・ヒアリング
  • 要件整理/仕様調整/スケジュール設計
  • 見積作成・工数調整(社内と相談しながら)
  • 開発・制作の進行管理(タスク管理/優先順位付け)
  • 品質・納期・成果物の管理
  • 社内外の調整・コミュニケーション

【必須条件】

  • Web/システム開発に関わるプロジェクト推進の経験(PM/PL/ディレクション等)
  • 社内外と調整しながら案件を前に進められる方

  • 受託開発でのPM経験
  • 要件定義・仕様策定の経験
  • 工数管理・見積作成の経験
  • 開発(エンジニア)や制作(デザイン)側の理解がある方
  • 顧客折衝が得意な方

勤務時間・曜日:

フレックスタイム制を導入しておりますので自分にあった時間で仕事ができます

コアタイム:10:00〜15:00

勤務時間は相談可能です

1日8時間(+休憩時間1時間(6時間を超えた場合のみ))

完全週休二日制・土/日/祝日はお休みです

休暇・休日:

  • 土日祝休み(完全週休2日制)
  • 年次有給休暇(入社半年後に付与)

交通費支給(月15,000円まで)
