BUILDING THE BUSINESS
Track, manage and analyze NGY logistics cost and responsible for such database.
Plan and set NCO target through alignmentwith the regional counterpart and NGY Finance and achieve the target while service level is maintained and improved.
Optimize network leveraging regional counterparts to manage design through best in class tools and processes to deliverlowest total cost, highest service configuration.
This consists of 3PL contract management, rate/service negotiation and development with having future strategy.Served as a project member responsible for driving projects and new business initiatives related to NGY logistics development.
Proactive daily operations coordination to meet evolving customer service needs and Sales team requirements
Continuous alignment across Demand/Supply Planning, Transportation & Warehousing (T&W), and Customer Service (CS) functions
Supported a demand-driven supply chain by implementing:
Optimized transportation management to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
Efficient, process-driven warehouse operations and systems to enhance inventory accuracy and throughput
Structured order management policies and processes to streamline fulfillment and reduce errors
BUILDING THE PEOPLE AND ORGANIZATION
Leads, manages, coaches & develops the logistics and customer service team across all verticals within the cluster
Develop a succession plan for all associates in the function.
Drive improvements in the associate engagement & enablement scores besides reducing attrition rates while improving the functional organizational health built on the premises of trust and collaboration.
Develop process and people capability around supply planning function.Work closely with regional capability building team to deploy best practices, and system and process capability in the organization.
CO-CREATE THE FUTURE / TRANSFORMATION
Lead the implementation of transformational projects across all verticals collaborating with the regional/global teams, including creation and execution of digital programs and T&W strategy.
