仕事概要
勤怠管理や工数管理など、バックオフィス系業務システムである、エンタープライズ企業向けSaaS「TeamSpiritエンタープライズ」の導入プロジェクトにおいて、「顧客が実現したい業務」を「プロダクト」に落とし込み、実際に稼働させるまでのソリューション設計・実装を担当します。 数千〜数万名規模の大規模プロジェクトにおいて、全体の進行管理や複雑な利害関係者の調整を担うプロジェクトマネージャー(PM)の元、「いかに顧客の課題を製品機能で解決するか(Fit&Gap)」という、コンサルティングおよびテクニカルな業務に100%注力いただきます。 「TeamSpiritエンタープライズ」の特徴としては、大企業特有の複雑な業務運用に対応した高い機能性部に加え、アプリケーション基盤となっているSalesforce platformの持つ拡張性やカスタマイズ性の高さにより、SaaSプロダクトでありながらも複雑な業務要件への適合性が非常に高く、日本を代表する大手企業への導入や、SAPやWorkdayなどの大手ERPベンダーや大手コンサル/SIerとの協業プロジェクトも加速しております。 大規模プロジェクトにおいて、プロジェクトマネージャー(PM)が全体の進行管理やステークホルダー調整を担う環境下で、アプリケーションコンサルタントは「顧客がプロダクトとして実現したい業務」と「プロダクト」のギャップを埋め、システムが業務で実際に使える状態にすること(Fit&Gapおよび定着化)に注力することがミッションになります。 また、単なる設定代行ではなく、お客様の業務の理解に加え、プロダクトおよびSalesforce Platformの知見を駆使し、運用回避を含めた「提案」を行い、顧客のゴールまで伴走する役割です。 <具体的な業務内容>
• 顧客業務のヒアリングと、製品機能とのフィット&ギャップ分析
• 標準機能の活用や運用回避を含めた解決策の提案
• プロダクトやシステムアーキテクチャー(データベース構造、ビジネスロジック等)を考慮した、実現性の高い導入/システム設定の設計
• 本稼働に向けた各種設定支援(マスタ設定、レポート・ダッシュボード設定、ローコード開発等)
• プロジェクトを通じたプロダクト改善要望や、成功事例の社内フィードバック <キャリアパス> アプリケーションコンサルタントとしての経験を通じて得られた「顧客業務」「プロダクト」の知識を活かすことで、キャリアの深化/拡張を実現するキャリアプランが描けます。
• 現場で培ったの深い知識を活かし、型化/仕組み化を通じて組織全体を底上げするエキスパートへのステップアップ
• プロジェクト全体を俯瞰し、より視座の高い視点で社内外のステークホルダーを管理するプロジェクトマネージャーへのステップアップ <アピールポイント>
• 日本を代表する企業の業務システム導入や大手ERPベンダー/コンサル企業との協業プロジェクトを通じたというスケール感のあるプロジェクトに参画
• エンタープライズSaaSという難易度の高い事業における事業拡大フェーズにおいて、組織/事業の成長と共に自身の成長とキャリア形成を実現
必須スキル
• 業務系システムの導入プロジェクト経験(要件定義〜導入設定〜稼働支援の一連の経験)
• 顧客の要望をそのまま開発するのではなく、代替案や運用変更を提案し、合意形成を行った経験 ※プロジェクトマネージャー経験は必須ではありませんが、プロジェクトマネージャーと連携し、プロジェクトタスクを遂行した経験は歓迎します歓

- 想定年収 500~800万円 ※月給には、みなし残業代20時間分を含む ※賞与支給あり(年一回/想定年収の5~15%)
