『企業の人・組織・情報にまつわる非効率をなくす』をミッションに、散らばった人事・組織情報を統合し、IDライフサイクルに基づきSaaS・オンプレミス等、各種システムのアカウントを統制する「統合ID管理プラットフォーム(YESOD)」の企画・開発・販売と業務改善・システムコンサルティング事業を推進しております。
近年、DXやリモートワーク、働き方の多様化が進む中で、業務システムの"所有(パッケージ)"から"利用(SaaS)"への流れは不可逆な流れとなっています。
一方で、部門単位や子会社単位でSaaS導入が進む結果としてシャドーIT化の問題、グループ会社・子会社・部門を跨いだ兼務、複雑な権限管理など、増え続けるアカウント・権限管理が大きな課題として顕在化しています。
当社は、エンタープライズ領域における人・組織マスタの統合集約化に加えて、社内に散らばるデジタルアイデンティティ情報を統合し、ルール・ポリシーに基づき、各種SaaSや社内システムのアカウント・権限の発行を自動化することで、内部統制・情報セキュリティへの対応を一気通貫して整えられるサービスを社員一丸となって開発しています。
当該領域は、「IGA(Identity Governance and Administration=ID統制管理) 」と呼ばれるソリューションになりますがUSでは年率約20%の成長市場ではあるものの、日本ではまだまだ未成熟であり、当社は市場の啓蒙と実績作りを通して、日本におけるIGAソリューションのリーディングカンパニーを目指しております。

【仕事内容】
■職務概要
自社サービスである「統合ID管理プラットフォーム(YESOD)」を用いた、ソリューション企画、提案、導入までのプロジェクトリードをお任せします。
「クラウド型ID管理サービス」の導入をご検討いただいている企業の人・組織・ID管理に纏わる業務課題を整理し、エンジニアと連携しながらシステム・業務のあるべき形を提案します。導入フェーズではプロジェクトチームを組成し、お客様の事業貢献を第一に一丸となって支援します。
■主な業務内容
具体的には以下のような業務を想定しています。 志向されるキャリアに合わせてお任せできる業務からお願いしていきます。
・エンタープライズを中心とした顧客アプローチ
・IDライフサイクルに纏わるコンサルティング
・サービス導入に向けたプロジェクトの推進
・顧客の経営層、及び各管理部門の利害調整 ・業務フロー整理と課題抽出
・サービスのコンフィグ設定 / ユーザトレーニング
・サービス導入後の業務・運用の設計
・開発チームと連携した顧客の課題解決に向けた新機能実装検討
・ITコンサルタントチームの組織設計
■本ポジションによって得られるご経験
・現在、当社サービスは特定業界(IT・EC/サービス業等)のPMFを完了し、更に多くの業界事例を蓄積するべく、そのために必要なマーケット調査・市場分析・業界に応じたアプローチシナリオ・コンサルティングによる仮説検証、そして当社独自のコンサルティングフレームワークの構築をリード頂くことが可能です。
・ビジネスサイドのメンバーは現時点でも数名程度の為、少数精鋭ながらそれぞれのロールを超えた幅広い知見の獲得、俯瞰的な視野でビジネス拡大に直接貢献頂くことが可能です。
■必須スキル
下記項目のうち1つ3年以上、又は、計8年以上
・ ITコンサルティング会社 / SIer / ITベンダーでのご経験
・ 業務システムに関するコンサルティングもしくは企画立案業務
・ ITプロジェクトのプロジェクトマネジメント業務
・ エンタープライズ企業での業務システムに関わる企画立案、導入に関する業務
・ ITアーキテクト(クラウド)領域のコンサルティング業務
■歓迎スキル
・ SaaSサービス / SaaS業界に携わった経験
・ SaaS開発についての技術的な理解
・ 経営者や管理職層との商談経験
・ 情報システム部門(CorporateIT)との業務経験
