事業マネージャーは、この一連の流れが 誰が対応しても一定以上の品質で提供されるよう、仕組みとチームを整えます。

【仕事内容】

■ サービス運営・品質管理

・約200項目のヒアリング・独自伴走型システムの運用管理・改善

・コンサルタント(FP・相談員)の業務進捗管理

・提案内容・対応品質のチェック

・フィードバック・育成

・顧客満足度・継続率向上のための施策立案

■ 事業数値・KPIマネジメント

・相談件数/成約率/継続率などの KPI管理

・データに基づく課題抽出・改善施策の実行

・経営陣へのレポーティング・改善提案

■ 業務フロー・仕組みづくり

・ヒアリング~プランニング~アフターフォローまでの業務フロー設計・標準化

・マニュアル・ルール整備

・新メンバーが早期に活躍できる体制づくり

■ 集客・マーケティング施策の統括

・医師向け学会・セミナー出展施策の企画・運営管理

・SNS・デジタルメディアを活用した集客・ブランディング施策の設計

・新しい集客手法・営業戦略の立案および効果検証

※実務はメンバーが担い、マネージャーは全体設計と改善を担当します。

■ 基本的なPCスキル

・Word/Excel/Googleスプレッドシートの基本操作

・PowerPoint/Googleスライドでの資料作成経験

・電子契約サービスや業務ツールの利用に抵抗がないこと

■ 業務・チームの取りまとめ経験(規模不問)

・後輩指導、業務の進行管理、プロジェクト推進など人や業務を任された経験

※正式な管理職でなくてもOK

■ 数字や進捗を意識した業務経験

・売上・件数・進捗などを意識しながら改善や工夫を行った経験

※高度な数値分析までは不要

■ 金融・資産形成への基礎的な理解または実務接点

FP2級以上、または金融・保険・不動産などの業務に携わった経験

※内容を理解した上で判断できるレベルを想定

■ 実務も担いながら、事業運営に関わる姿勢

・電子契約対応(契約書の送付・管理)

・提案資料・説明資料などの作成・改善

勤務時間:9:00~18:00(所定労働時間8時間 休憩60分)

休憩時間:休憩60分

休暇・休日:

土,日,慶弔,有給 この職種は完全週休2日制で、土日が休日です。休日出勤があった場合は振替休日が取得可能です。また、慶弔休暇や有給休暇があり、勤続年数に応じて最大20日まで取得できます。さらに、産前・産後休暇や育児休暇もあり、5日以上の連続休暇も取得可能です。
