仕事内容:

通信会社にて、携帯ショップに来店されるお客様へ新規の設定や操作の説明をお願いします。

携帯ショップで新しく購入された方や機種変更をされた方に対して、

ビデオ通話にて設定方法を説明いただきます。(最初と最後だけ顔出しで挨拶)

マニュアルがあります。

遠隔で指示を出すことはできますが(矢印が表示されどこを押せばよいか指示できる)、

遠隔操作はできないため、お客様に対応をしていただきます。

商品の提案等の営業行為はできませんので、ノルマなどはございません。
