仕事概要
私たちは、地方に眠る価値ある商品や事業者を、ECを通じて全国に届ける事業を行っています。単なる「ECサイト運営」ではなく、地域の産業をどう伸ばすか を本気で考え、その手段としてECを使っています。 今回募集するポジションは、 そのECの土台そのものを進化させる役割 です。「作って終わり」ではありません ・プラットフォームをどう選ぶか ・どう移行すれば運用が楽になるか ・どうすれば売上やCVRが伸びるか これらを 技術目線で提案し、実装まで持っていける環境です。 「言われたものを作る」のではなく、 技術で事業を前に進める実感を持てます。 小さなチームだからこその裁量 EC専任の巨大チームではありません。 だからこそ、 ・技術選定に関われる ・改善の意思決定が速い ・「それやりましょう」が通りやすい エンジニアとして、手触りのある仕事ができます。 【業務概要】 ECプラットフォーム移行と、既存ECの技術的改善を担う社内SEとして以下業務に従事していただきます。 【具体的な業務内容】 自社ECサイトの構築・改修 ・ECサイトの新規構築、リニューアル対応 ・商品ページ、導線、構成の設計 ・外部制作会社との進行管理・ディレクション ECサイトの運営・改善 ・日常的な更新、改善対応 ・売上・利用状況を踏まえたUI/UX改善 ・マーケティング施策と連動したページ改修 EC運営に関わる業務設計 ・受注〜出荷までのフロー理解・改善 ・関係部署(商品・マーケ・CS)との連携 ・運営効率化のための仕組みづくり ※担当範囲は経験・スキルに応じて調整します。
必須スキル
※下記のうちどれかのご経験。 ・ECサイトの構築または運営に関わった経験 ・Shopify 等のECプラットフォームに触れたことがある方 ・デザイン、エンジニア、マーケとの協業経験
歓迎スキル
ECプラットフォーム(Shopify、EC Orange 等)の利用・移行経験。 ECサイトの売上改善・CVR改善の実務経験。 技術選定・設計フェーズに関わった経験。 小規模チームでの開発経験。 コニュニケーション能力が高い方歓迎。

応募概要
給与
想定年収 3,900,000円~7,500,000円 賃金形態 月給制 賃金内訳 月額:260,000円~500,000円 固定残業代(月20時間分相当)を含む ※超過分は全額支給 ※能力と経験により決定 昇給有無 あり 給与補足 ・経験・能力等を考慮の上当社規定により決定 ・みなし残業手当を超えた時間外勤務手当、休日勤務手当、深夜勤務手当等は当社規定に基づき別途支給 ・賞与:年2回(夏・冬/前年実績3か月分) ・その他手当 役職手当:1万円~25万円 地域手当:2万円~5万円(対象地域あり) 時間外勤務手当 休日勤務手当 全国社員手当:2万円
