仕事内容


時間帯については相談可能な実験補助のお仕事

難治性の疾患の解明、治療法について研究

・プラスミドDNAを調製し、ここから合成したRNAと小麦胚芽無細胞系タンパク質合成システムを用いて、組み換えタンパク質を作製、精製

・培養細胞を維持し、必要に応じて、実験に必要な細胞を準備します。

・細胞から、RNAを抽出し、RNA量を測定します。

資格


・マウスの取り扱いに習熟しており、採血操作および腹腔内投与が可能な方

・病原体(BSL2あるいはBSL3)の取り扱い経験が1年以上ある方

・勤務曜日:月・火・水・木・金

・勤務時間:

[1] 10:00~16:00

時間帯については相談可能です

休日


土日祝、年末年始(12/29から1/3)

時給 1700円~1800円

交通費:通勤交通費全額支給
