業務内容
ビジネス パフォーマンスやパフォーマンス指標を分析して知見を得るとともに、カスタム ダッシュボードを作成して、ビジネスチームや部門横断型チームの週単位や月単位のビジネス レビューの準備を補助する。
市場で拡大を続ける Google Cloud のチーム全体でオペレーショナル エクセレンス(フォーキャスト ミーティング、オポチュニティと健全性、パフォーマンス指標など)の向上を推進し、社内の関係者の問題を迅速に解決する。
計画後の取り組みに関する問題解決のために運用サポートを提供し、運用チームがデータ マイニングと分析に使用するシステムを管理する。
サポート、業界ソリューション、需要の案件化、ファイナンス、マーケティング、人事(HR)などの部門横断的なパートナーと連携する。
パフォーマンス、ビジネスの成長、トレンド、成長率、生産性に関する分析情報を提供することで年次計画サイクルを支え、地域、アカウント セグメント、組織設計、目標を設定する。
