技術チームの育成と指導を含む人材管理に携わった経験。
日本語と英語による優れたコミュニケーション能力を備えており、顧客対応として日本国内のお客様と直接やり取りできること。
望ましい経験/スキル:
MBA または経営、技術、エンジニアリングのいずれかの分野の修士号を取得していること。
ビジネス要件から技術的ソリューションを導き出した経験。
アプリケーションやワークロードをパブリック クラウド プロバイダに移行した経験。
チーム、グループ、ビジネス ユニット、チャネル パートナー、システム インテグレータ、サードパーティ デベロッパーと協力して、影響力の大きいソリューションを生み出した経験。
IT 運用、データベース システム、ネットワーキング、IT セキュリティ、アプリケーション開発、サービス アーキテクチャ、クラウドネイティブ アプリケーション開発、ホスト型サービス、ストレージ システム、コンテンツ配信ネットワークのいずれかを理解していること。
優れたコミュニケーション能力、プレゼンテーション能力、問題解決能力、人材管理能力。

テクニカル アカウント マネージャー リードは、お客様が Google Cloud Platform への投資を最大限に活かして価値を引き出せるように、テクニカル アカウント マネジメント(TAM)サービスを提供するポジションです。TAM では、学習とイネーブルメント、プラットフォームの健全性、アーキテクチャの安定性、運用の正確性を中心とした影響力の大きいアドバイスを提供することで、クラウドの導入と使用の促進に積極的に取り組みます。TAM のチームを構築、指導、コーチングし、チームがお客様と連携して、お客様のより大きなビジネス目標に直接沿った、コアとなる技術、プロダクト、運用に関するアドバイスを提供できるようにします。TAM のチームは、企業の IT の戦略的課題やアーキテクチャ上の課題を理解し、パートナーや大企業のお客様の経営幹部、スペシャリスト、開発者と直接連携できる、信頼できる技術アドバイザーと見なされています。
この役割では、フィールド セールスチームおよびカスタマー エンジニアリング チームと効果的な関係を構築、維持し、各チームのお客様に関する TAM 活動の割り当て、配分、優先順位付けを行います。他の TAM リードと協力してベスト プラクティスを共有し、チーム全体で成功体験を分かち合うことに重点を置いてください。

業務内容
TAM の役割におけるお客様へのサービス提供義務を管理する。TAM の付加価値サービスを追加する機会を見極め、提案する。
クラウド導入を妨げる要因の排除をサポートし、機能リクエストのプロセスを主導する。さまざまなチームと部門を越えて協力し、お客様の問題のトラブルシューティングと、必要に応じてエスカレーションを行う。
セールスチームとの関係を構築する。地域の Google Cloud コンサルティング(GCC)ポートフォリオ リードおよびチームメンバーと連携して、戦略をサポートし、カスタマー サクセス イニシアチブを主導する。
サポートチーム、エンジニア、サイト信頼性エンジニアと協力して、お客様のイベントやリリースの計画を立案し、成功に導く。また、お客様およびサポートチームと協力して、問題やエスカレーションを解決に導く。
顧客エンゲージメントから得られた知見をベスト プラクティスやアセットとしてまとめ、パートナーを通じた拡大や Google Cloud の導入促進の取り組みをサポートする。
