【仕事内容】

弁護士をサポートする

法律事務・秘書・広報をお任せします。

法的知識は入社後にしっかり学べるのでご安心ください

【具体的な仕事内容】

  • 法律事務・秘書業務

・弁護士のスケジュール・案件管理

・法律文書の作成補助(訴状・契約書等)

・書類の作成・整理・ファイリング、コピー、製本

・裁判所・法務局・顧問先企業などへの書類提出

・電話・来客対応、郵送物管理などの秘書業務全般

  • 一般事務・労務補助

・社内スケジュールの管理

・簡単な経費・勤怠処理

・備品管理など庶務全般

・秘書・一般事務・営業事務などの事務経験

・大卒以上(学部・学科不問)

・基本的なPC操作ができる方(Word/Excelなど)

・社会人としての基本的なマナー・一般常識がある方

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり19日 〜 21日

職場環境


真面目で落ち着いた雰囲気の職場です。

基本的には業務に集中する時間が多いですが、

不明点や確認事項については、少人数ならではの距離感で、適宜相談しながら進めています。

現在は弁護士4名、秘書4名、20~40代の計8名体制。

事務職は全員中途入社です
