【仕事内容】
大手企業や官公庁に対し、海外の最先端IT製品を用いたサイバーセキュリティソリューションを提供するネットワークエンジニアのポジションです。特に注目度の高い「SASE」領域の案件を中心に、プリセールスから設計・構築、保守まで一貫して携わっていただきます。
【具体的な業務内容】
- 営業支援(プリセールス)
顧客へのヒアリングを通じて課題やニーズを明確化し、要件定義を行います。技術的な知見を活かした製品説明や、検証環境を用いたデモンストレーション、PoC(概念実証)の計画・実施までを担当し、受注を支援します。
- 設計・構築
受注後は、顧客の既存環境や設定内容を詳細にヒアリング。SASEの基本設計・詳細設計から移行計画の策定、実際の設定投入、ポリシーのチューニングまで、導入プロジェクトを主導します。
- 保守サポート
導入後のお客様からの技術的な問い合わせ対応やトラブルシューティングを行います。システムの安定稼働を支え、顧客満足度を向上させる重要な役割です。

海外から輸入した最先端のサイバーセキュリティ製品(SASEなど)を扱います。常に最新の技術トレンドに触れることができる刺激的な環境です。

【応募資格】
ネットワークエンジニア/セキュリティエンジニアとしての実務経験をお持ちの方
【募集背景】
海外のセキュリティ・ネットワーク製品を取り扱い、主に日本のクライアント向けにカスタマイズ・展開することに強みを持っています。
直近、サイバーセキュリティの重要性が認知される中、サイバー攻撃や情報漏洩を防ぐセキュリティクラウドサービス等の引き合いが増えており、新たなネットワークエンジニアの増員を行っています。

【給与】
480万円〜650万円
月給制 基本給270000円〜
残業代全額支給
