一般的なPC操作ができればOK

特別なスキルや出版業界経験は一切不要

社会人経験が浅い方や、事務職が初めての方も大歓迎です

お仕事内容

  • 出版プロデュース会社での事務スタッフ

本づくりを支えるさまざまな業務をお任せします。

【具体的なお仕事内容】

・資料作成・データ入力・発送手配などの出版業務サポート

・セミナーやイベントの運営補助

・来客対応・スケジュール管理

・備品管理・事務所内の整理整頓 など

著者や出版社とのやりとりもあり、

出版の現場を間近で感じられるポジションです。

【 入社後の流れ 】

(1) ビジネスマナー研修

先輩社員が教育係としてサポートしますので、安心してスタートできます。

(2) 業務ガイダンス&事務作業

名簿登録・リスト更新・郵送対応など、基本的な事務業務から始めていただきます。

一人ひとりのペースに合わせて進めますので、安心してください。

(3) 業務に慣れたら、さらにステップアップ

基本的には、事務業務やカスタマーサポートをご担当いただきますが、

慣れてきたら社内プロジェクトの担当など、幅広い業務にもチャレンジしていただけます。

給与


月給25万円以上 ※固定残業代30時間分含

  • 固定残業代あり: 30.0時間分、 5万 800 円

  • 昇給あり

  • 支払い方法: 月1回

  • 交通費: 全額支給

最初の3か月は試用期間となります。

※休日に出版セミナーなどのイベントがある場合は、

振替出勤をお願いすることがあります。
