仕事内容


事業と組織の成長を、社長と並走しながら前へ進め、稼ぐ組織作りを行う役割です。

大きく分けて、次の2つの領域をお任せします。

(1) 事業推進(強みを活かせる領域からスタート)

・顧客との関係構築・課題整理

・プロジェクト参画や業務支援(エンジニアリング/営業/採用など)

・サービス価値向上の提案

・顧客から選ばれ続けるための仕組みづくり

※あなたの経験に合わせて柔軟にアサインします

(2) 組織づくり・経営参画

・評価制度、人事制度などの設計

・育成・オンボーディングの仕組み化

・100名体制に向けた組織基盤の構築

・経営会議への参加、事業課題の抽出

当社は、2025年11月のオフィス移転を機に、現場社員は原則フルリモート体制へ移行。
