【仕事内容】

企業の人材育成・組織開発を支援するインソースにて、拠点運営に携わりながら、AX・AI分野等の、将来的に新商材・新サービスの企画提案にも関わっていただくマネジメントポジションです。

【拠点運営】

担当エリアの営業戦略立案から収益管理、メンバー育成、顧客開拓までを一貫して推進。地域特性を踏まえたマーケット分析を行い、自らチーム・組織の方向性を描き、チームを率いて成果創出を担っていただきます。

【新規事業開発】

社会・顧客ニーズの変化を踏まえ、生成AI・AX領域をはじめとした新商材や新サービスを企画し、提案につなげる役割を期待しています。

既存事業の枠にとらわれない柔軟な発想で、新たな価値創出に挑戦いただきます。

また、経営層との距離が近い環境で、社会課題や顧客ニーズを起点にしたリサーチ・企画立案・検証などのプロセスを、社長直下で推進できる裁量も本ポジションの特徴です。

【主な業務内容】

・拠点運営(営業戦略立案・売上/利益管理・メンバー育成)

拠点として前年比120%成長を目指していただきます。

【求める人材】

【必須】営業経験4年以上、マネジメント経験2年以上

【歓迎】無形商材、マーケティング、事業企画、新規事業いずれかの経験

※業界未経験の方も歓迎します
