Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President - Supply Chain Management - Japanese and English
Responsibilities
nAlign capacity/ capability planning between sales organization and partner network (TPOs)
nCoordinate demand workflow from CCBJI CCC – streamline, smooth and set up prioritization matrix (business rules framework out of Standard Operating Procedure)
nCoordinate with Sales division on business request (Sales demand)
nInput for standardization of business process and interaction between (eliminate friction points) CCC, Sales and EQ
nAlign with client stakeholders on timelines for process integration and optimization programs
nFrequently review and operate exception case management outside prioritization matrix and operate within EQ on regional basis
nEscalation resolution between regional sales and the different execution areas (Repair, QC, ...)
nSet up & contribute to the S&OP cycle plan (business and budget plan, sales & marketing plan, new services plan)
Qualifications we seek in you
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
n10 years + experience in structural demand management – demand forecasting and demand planning
nLogistics experience for placement processing
nService skills for repair and repair network operations
nS&OP planning skills
nS&OP execution and process adoption experiences
nExperienced in interacting with large enterprise Sales Demand planning and Supply planning interaction experiences within service organization

スキル
nデマンド管理経験10年以上
